Refund and Shipping Policy
Due to the nature of our custom embroidery products and services, we do not offer refunds at this time. For our embroidery and printing services, customers agree to their proof of product prior to production and all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges on any of our products or services.
Our preferred shipping carriers are FedEx and UPS (Monday-Friday).
Our products are primarily shipped via FedEx Express 2day delivery service.
For large orders we will ship via UPS Ground.
Delivery rates and times are calculated based on order weight and location.
Handling / Production Time:
For custom orders, please allow 2-4 weeks for production time prior to shipping. Our stock products will be fulfilled within 1-2 weeks or sooner.
Once an order has been received by the aforementioned carrier, please allow 12-24 hours for transit times and tracking information to update.
*Due to COVID-19 there may be a delay in guaranteed carrier transit and delivery times.
