Enter all personalization exactly as you want it produced.
- Chapter — Greek Letters: Enter the chapter letters using Greek characters when possible.
- Last Name & Line Name: Enter both in the order and spelling you want embroidered.
- Chapter logo / artwork: After checkout, email the artwork and your Shopify order number to sales@leereedembroidery.com, unless LRE already has the correct artwork on file.
- Use Special Instructions for any additional production or placement notes.
Made-to-Order Details
Each Chapter Quarter-zip is made to order and personalized to your selections.
- Standard production time is approximately 4–5 weeks.
- Holiday weeks and carrier transit time are excluded from the production estimate.
- Order early when purchasing for a specific anniversary, conference, Homecoming, or other event.
You will receive tracking information by email once your completed order ships OWT!

Artwork / Logos
If your order uses a chapter logo, crest, or custom artwork, place the order first and then email the file to sales@leereedembroidery.com.
Include your Shopify order number so we can match the artwork to the correct order. If LRE already has your artwork on file, select that option in the personalization form.
Shipping & Returns
Shipping carriers
Our preferred shipping methods are UPS and USPS. After the carrier receives your package, allow one business day for online tracking and transit information to update.
Refunds / returns
Due to the nature of our embroidery services and made-to-order garments, personalized orders are not eligible for refunds or returns.
